Here’s how to switch from the Sigilium add-in to the new Signitic add-in in a few simple steps.
You must be a Microsoft 365 account administrator to complete this step.
The Microsoft 365 connector lets you link your Microsoft 365 users to Signitic, and you can also choose to automatically import new users
From your Signitic interface, go to Settings > Connectors.

Activate the Outlook add-in.
Choose your user scope and confirm
The deployment will happen automatically.

Since the Signitic add-in now syncs email signatures, you need to deactivate the old Sigilium add-in from your 365 tenant.
As a 365 account admin, remove the Sigilium app from this page:

✅ Congrats, you’re done. You’re on the latest version of the add-in! Your teammates’ email signatures are synced and the whole thing was seamless for them.
This isn’t mandatory: the only thing that will change for users is the add-in icon in Outlook. It goes from green to pink.

From the Users page > check the whole list > click on Invite in the bottom bar > choose the message and the language.
