Here’s how to switch from the Sigilium add-in to the new Signitic add-in in a few simple steps.
You must be a Microsoft 365 account administrator to be able to complete this step.
From your Signitic interface, go to Settings > Connectors.

Activate the Signitic add-in.
Choose your user scope and confirm
The deployment will be done automatically.
Note that the initial sync happens between 6 and 48 hours after this confirmation.

Since the Signitic add-in now syncs email signatures, you need to deactivate the old Sigilium add-in from your 365 tenant.
As the admin of the 365 account, remove the Sigilium app from this page:

Congrats, you’re done. You’re on the latest version of the add-in! Your coworkers’ email signatures are synced and the whole thing was seamless for them.
It’s not mandatory: the only thing that will change for users is the add-in icon in Outlook.
It goes from green to pink.

From the Users page > check the whole list > click on Invite in the bottom bar > choose the message and the language.
