Update to the Signitic add-in for Microsoft 365

Here's how to switch from the Sigilium add-in to the new Signitic add-in, in a few simple steps.
You must be a Microsoft 365 account administrator to perform this step.

1. Activate the Microsoft 365 Directory connector

• This connector allows you to link your users on the Microsoft 365 directory to Signitic.
  You can also decide to automatically sync the new users created.

The Microsoft 365 Directory connector is not sufficient to update signatures, you must activate the Outlook Add-in connector described just below.


Also be cautious to not activate data rewriting unles you are sure of the data quality in your Entra ID

2. Activate the Outlook Add-in connector

• From your Signitic interface, go to Settings > Connectors.

• Activate the Outlook add-in.

  1. Choose your user scope and validate

     • The deployment will happen automatically.
       

Note: the add-in will appear between 6 and 72 hours after this validation.

Once the Signitic add-in is deployed, you will see blue icons appear in the user list. Example below:

3. Disable the Sigilium add-in
(once the Signitic add-in has been properly rolled out to everyone)

This step should be done approximately 48-72 hours after activating the Signitic add-in, once it has been properly rolled out to all users.

Do I need to notify my colleagues?

It's not mandatory: the only thing that will change for users is the add-in icon in Outlook. It changes from green to pink.

They are available to you:

• you can share internally this user presentation.

• you can send a message to users in a centralized way.
  From the Users page > check the entire list > click on Invite in the bottom bar > choose the message and language.
