This guide is for users who want to use their Signitic signature on Apple Mail (the default Apple messaging app on Mac) or who use an Outlook version without Microsoft 365.
If you use Apple Mail
You need to install the Signitic application on user workstations. This application is also called an "agent"; it synchronizes the signature in Mail, the default messaging app on Mac. It needs to be installed once and then synchronizes each change automatically.

If you use Outlook (without a Microsoft 365 account)
You need to install or deploy the Signitic application on user workstations. This application is also called an "agent".
