How to start using Sigilium with Microsoft 365

Hello,

to start benefit from nice email signatures, start by connecting :

Access your account, authenticating on Sigilium. You'll be able to define your design, add users, sync you messaging tools and deploy your first communication campaign s.

Start step by step

1.Import or sync users

3 options are available

Option 1	Add users manually Dashboard > Users > New user
Option 2	Upload many users through an excel file Dashboard > Users > Import a file
Option 3	Sync Sigilium to your Active Directory, if currently up to date. with Entra directory (=Azure AD)

2. Install and deploy Sigilium on Outlook / M.365

Two options :

sync with M.365	With Microsoft 365 : Install Sigilium directly from the Microsoft App Source. This approach is seamless for the users : no action nor installation is required for them.	Signatures are synced on : Outlook desktop app M.365 Webmail mobiles : iPhone & Android
Outlook only	Without M.365 account (outlook only) : you can install our application Sigilium - email signature, for Outlook : Installed by the user on it's desktop (once) Or centrally deployed (with our .msi) using a GPO. Here is how to do it.	Signatures are synced on : Outlook desktop app.

3. Manage design, define your signature template

Design:

• Benefit from signature templates directly available. Custom a template code, or drop your code using the HTML editor. Preview, validate, deploy! 

• You can also send us your draft / model, and benefit from our integration

Segmentation : 

• if you prepared a segmentation on your imported file, you'll see it on Sigilium

• you can also create organizations after importing users: duplicate an existing organization and dispatch users depending on your needs (per job, countries, brands...).

• it is also possible to segment users based on Active Directory preset.

4.Create and deploy your first banners

From the menu Campaign :

1. Create your first Campaign (a text message or a banner).

   You can schedule start and end of your announcement, preview result and choose users who will broadcast it.

2. Then, deploy and measure visibility, traffic.
