The application connectors are all updated regularly. Our Outlook application and .msi installers are signed with a Digicert EV physical certificate

Sigilium guarantees service continuity throughout the contract. For example, during 2016 and 2017, fewer than 4 hours of downtime were monitored.
In the event of unavailability, the following options are available for using our service:
You will still be able to compose your email; however, signatures will not be updated while the service is unavailable.
If images are hosted on our server, they will not be displayed when reading emails.
If you are using the Outlook application, it downloads the images, which are then attached to the email. Therefore, they will display correctly even if our service is unavailable.
The contact form will become unavailable.
