Managing email signatures on Android depends on your email provider.
For Gmail: it is automatically synchronized via the API.
For Outlook: a Microsoft 365 license is required.

Sigilium's synchronization with Microsoft 365 is native, deploying email signatures across PCs and Macs, webmail, and mobile devices (iPhone and Android).
Your email signature will therefore be automatically synchronized with your Android mobile device. You don't need to do anything; it will be displayed directly.
If you’re using Outlook without Microsoft 365 ❌
In this case, your email signature cannot technically be displayed.
