How to install my signature on my mobile phone?

Sigilium is compatible with iPhones and Android devices.

You can therefore have a synchronized email signature on your mobile device with the following email services:

• Gmail (native synchronization)

• Outlook (native synchronization with Microsoft 365)

• and Apple Mail (the default email service on iPhones)

Find my email signature on iOS Gmail

Your email signature is automatically synced with Gmail. You don't need to do anything to get it. When you open your Gmail app, it will appear automatically when you compose a new email.

Find my email signature on iOS Outlook

• If you have a Microsoft 365 license, your email signature is automatically synced with Outlook. You don't need to do anything to get it. When you open your Outlook app, it will appear automatically when you compose a new email.
  

• Without a Microsoft 365 license, email signatures are not synced by default. Thanks to Sigilium and its Dynasign® technology, you can still benefit from this feature by installing it from your Sigilium account.

  • Log in to your Sigilium account.

  • Scroll down the page and click on the Outlook for mobile icon, then follow the detailed instructions.

Find my email signature in iOS Mail

Email signatures are not synchronized by default. Thanks to Sigilium and its Dynasign® technology, you can enable this feature by installing it from your Sigilium account.

• Log in to your Sigilium account.

• Scroll down the page and click on the Apple Mail icon and follow the detailed instructions.
