From one email signature to another on Outlook Microsoft 365

Here's how :

1 - Click on the icon Sigilium on the menu bar of a New Message

2 - Choose from a selection of available email signatures

3 - Confirm and it is now directly updated on your Outlook.

You can refresh the page or the message to check

NB : if you cannot choose the signature's campaign, it means your company has not set that option yet.

Get in touch with an admin : likely the Communication Manager.
