Deploy the Sigilium addin on Microsoft 365

Forward this notice to your Microsoft 365’ administrator, so that he/she can be guided step by step.

Notice : Performing this synchronization will not instantly deploy the new email signatures.

You will first choose the scope of users concerned, then when you are ready, from your Sigilium account you can activate synchronization, which will deploy the new email signatures.

Upon activation, the first synchronization of signatures takes place within an observed period of 6 hours on Microsoft accounts. Then the synchronization of changes is almost instantaneous.

Scope : You can choose to install the addin for one, several or all your M.365 users.

How to install Sigilium's addin :

1. Connect to your Microsoft 365 Admin Console:

   Direct link: https://admin.microsoft.com/#/Settings/IntegratedApps

2. Click on "Get Apps"

3. Search for Sigilium and choose the Application with Outlook's icon

   

4. Click on "Get now"
   Click on "Accept Permissions"

5. When asked for Permissions Click on "Accept"

6. Select the scope of users. Or the group of users concerned with the Addin deployment.

7. Click on Next and Accept the permissions on behalf of the users.

8. Click on Finish deployment and you're set.

Congrats, Sigilium is now synced with Outlook / M.365 !

Activate and deploy signatures (from Sigilium)

You can now activate the deployment of email signatures from the Settings menu of your Sigilium's account. And send an automatic installation message to users from the Users page.

Users > Select the list of users > Send installation instructions

Result / Once it is installed 

• when composing a new email, the new (and shinny) email signature appears

• users can edit the signature details directly

• each update on Sigilium side (banners, design or details update) is directly sync and deployed

If you have one or multiple signatures sync, they are available directly.
