If you use Outlook on Mac, your email may not load images by default.
Attachments or remote images (the system used by email services such as Gmail or Mail, for example) will therefore not be displayed in email exchanges.
In the Preferences menu, click on the Playback icon and choose the option that suits you best from the three available.
Download images from the internet:
in all messages
in messages from my contacts
never
Select the Always option to display images for all contacts.
